Wedding Day Planning
- Promessi proudly assigns one of four Senior Head wedding planners and their teams for every wedding, along with one Junior wedding planner for microweddings and elopements.
- Recommendations, sourcing, and presentation of suitable wedding venues are based on expertise and client preferences.
- Application for a marriage license and management of all necessary paperwork are handled thoroughly.
- Service providers, suppliers, and associates are selected according to specific requests. If a client has a preferred vendor, the wedding planner will communicate and collaborate with that vendor. This includes vendor recommendations, negotiations, bookings, and management.
- Priorities are established, budgets developed and managed, and deposit and remaining payment schedules tracked.
- Contracts with each vendor, local authorities, and any additional parties related to the wedding are reviewed.
- A comprehensive wedding planning timeline is prepared, providing guidance throughout the planning process.
- Visits to the ceremony and reception venues prior to the event ensure evaluation of all prerequisites for the wedding day.
- Catering/menu and beverage selections, along with food tastings, are coordinated.
- Entertainment solutions are provided and bookings managed.
- A complete wedding concept is developed, including a mood board, floor plan, inventory rentals, color palette, flower selections, professional lighting design, and personalized touches by a team of wedding design professionals.
- Recommendations for accommodation options, transportation, and childcare services are offered.
- General advice and consultations on legal matters are available.
- Unlimited email and phone correspondence is maintained from day one.
- Attendance at vendor meetings ensures confirmation of all details with each vendor prior to the wedding.
- The ceremony rehearsal is facilitated.
- A detailed Wedding Day Timeline is created and distributed to all vendors.
- Continuous support is provided to you and your guests, ensuring a happy and relaxed experience throughout your stay in Croatia and on your wedding day.
- Option to add on coordination and planning of additional events such as Welcome Party, Rehearsal Dinner, Sunday Brunch, etc.
Wedding Day Coordination
- Unlimited on-site coordination is provided from the start of the day until the wedding concludes, with a minimum of two coordinators present along the wedding planner.
- Management and coordination of the ceremony and reception setup are ensured.
- Oversight of the ceremony processional is handled effectively.
- Coordination of wedding accessories, including the guest book, place cards, favors, and boutonnières, ensures that VIPs receive their flowers.
- A designated point of contact for all vendors is established.
- Guests are warmly welcomed and directed according to the event schedule.
- Special attention is given to family members, the bridal party, and children throughout the day.
- Final touches and checks are conducted before guests arrive to ensure a seamless reception appearance.
- Coordination of the Grand Entrance, speeches, first dance, cake cutting, and other special events is managed in accordance with the couple’s plans.
- A Bridal Emergency Kit is available upon request.
- Dinner service is overseen based on the specified seating plan and any special dietary requirements provided in advance.
- Professional, smooth, and discreet guidance and assistance are offered to the couple throughout the entire wedding day.
