Responsibilities of Full Wedding Planning Services Include:

Pre – Wedding

1. Promessi proudly provides one of 3 head wedding planners with their teams for every wedding
2. Recommendation, sourcing and presentation of a suitable wedding venue based on our expertise and client’s preferences
3. Applying for a marriage license and taking care of all the required paperwork
4. Selecting service providers/suppliers and associates in line with your specific requests. In case a client has a preferred vendor of its own, wedding planner will contact and cooperate with the vendor of client’s choice. Vendor recommendations, negotiations, bookings and management
5. Establishing priorities, developing and managing the budget, tracking deposit and remainder payments schedule
6. Review of contracts with each vendor, local authorities or any additional parties related to the wedding
7. Wedding planning timeline preparation and guidance through the wedding planning process
8. Visit to the ceremony and reception venue prior to the event and evaluation of all prerequisites for a wedding day
9. Catering / menu & beverage selection / food tasting
10. Entertainment
11. Complete wedding design including creation of the Mood board, Floor plan, Selection of Inventory rentals and Color palette, Selection of flowers, Professional light design and Personalization per each client with a selected team of Wedding design professionals
12. Recommendation of accommodation options, transportation and child care
13. General advice and consultations
14. Unlimited e-mails and calls correspondence from day 1
15. Attendance at vendor meetings and confirming all details with each vendor prior to the wedding
16. Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
17. Creating and distribution of a detailed Wedding Day Timeline to all vendors
18. Also, we stand at you and your guests’ service at all times so that you can feel happy and at ease throughout your stay in Croatia and on your wedding day.

Wedding Day

1. Unlimited on-site coordination from the beginning of the day till the end of the wedding with minimum of 2 coordinators
2. Management and coordination of ceremony and reception set up
3. Management of Ceremony processional
4. Coordinating allocation of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
5. Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
6. Welcoming and directing guests according to due of events
7. Paying special attention to family members, bridal party and children
8. Final touches and checkups before guests arrival for seamless reception appearance
9. Coordination of Grand Entrance, Speeches, First Dance, Cake cutting and any other special event planned with the couple
10. Bridal Emergency Kit available on demand
11. Overseeing dinner serving based on specified seating plan and special dietary requirements delivered in advance
12. Professional, smooth and discreet guidance and assistance to the couple throughout the whole wedding day
